Programmes and Services

Our Services

Let’s Start with a Conversation…

Change often begins with a single conversation. When behaviour, thoughts, or emotions shift, talking can bring clarity, reduce stress, and improve mental and physical well-being. We move at your pace — because everyone’s journey is different.

We support both young people and adults facing challenges at home, in education, at work, or in the community. Experiences such as anxiety, domestic abuse, exploitation, grooming, organised crime, bullying, misogyny, sexting, or controlling behaviours can have lasting effects — at any age. No topic is off limits.

We provide –

  • In-person informal drop-in support (location dependent)
  • Accessible online support wherever you are
  • Talks or seminars in most environments: youth organisations, educational institutions, the workplace or community space

Our services are welcoming, inclusive, and available to individuals and families. With your consent, we may also connect you to other specialist support services.

Preventive and Post-Trauma Support:

We provide flexible, location-based support for those at risk of, or recovering from, life-changing experiences, including:

  • Coercive or controlling behaviours
  • Bullying or misogyny
  • Financial or sexual exploitation
  • County lines, gang involvement
  • Sexting, upskirting or unwanted attention
  • Not everything is listed – please ask!

If you are unsure how to describe what you are currently or have experienced, are worried about repercussions, or need guidance, reach out.

We’re here to listen.

Connections:
Healthy Relationships

Relationships shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we move through the world — personally and professionally. When those relationships become controlling, coercive, bullying, abusive, or manipulative, the impact can be profound, affecting confidence, mental health, physical well-being, and future connections and relationships.

Healthy Relationships is a restorative, evidence-informed programme that helps young people and adults build safer, stronger, and more respectful relationships — in romantic, family, peer, workplace, and education settings.

Through structured guidance and reflective practice workshops, in-person and virtual support, participants develop emotional intelligence, strengthen communication and conflict-resolution skills, and learn to recognise unhealthy patterns, identify emotional triggers, and take responsibility for their choices. Harmful behaviours — including coercion, bullying, abuse, and gaslighting — are challenged and no longer normalised.

The programme helps to develop social and emotional skills, breaks negative cycles, and supports meaningful, sustainable behavioural change.

The programme is suitable for –

  • Young people leaving the care system
  • Individuals and intergenerational relationships
  • Perpetrators, victims or survivors of abuse or trauma
  • Individuals undergoing rehabilitation to break the cycle of poor judgment
  • Difficult workplace relationships

Be Confident,
Be Independent:

The programme empowers young people and adults to recognise triggers and personal vulnerabilities, to move towards making informed life choices by improving personal resilience, reducing vulnerability, and enhancing mental and physical well-being.

Our flexible, modular toolkit includes core and optional content, tailored to individual needs, suitable for anyone who is ready and wants to be more confident and independent.

Suitable for –

  • Young people transitioning from the care system
  • Dealing with life changes
  • Survivors of abuse or trauma
  • Individuals rebuilding after offending
  • Vulnerable workers affected by exploitation

The programme consists of in-person and online participation and workshops.

Research, Education and Training:

We are interested in partnering with public, private and third-sector organisations, consultants, and educational institutions for:

  • Research initiatives
  • Bespoke academic and vocational programmes
  • The development of pilot schemes

For example: Abuse and violence are not isolated incidents — they are patterns of power, coercion and control that can occur in families, relationships, schools, workplaces and communities. Our work addresses these patterns through evidence-based education and practical application.
